Party Planning and Restaurant Consulting
After spending the last decade in Napa Valley honing my chef skills I am motivated to share my experience in the Pacific Northwest. I ran a successful catering company, Field and Forage that featured an elite client list. I have provided restaurant consulting services in San Francisco and served locals and wine makers in St. Helena. This vast experience allows me to provide memorable experiences and value each part of the process. At this time I am only offering lite catering.
I am offering menu development for home and business.
For your personal event or milestone I will do a planning consult that includes a walkthrough of the site and determine what type of menu is best suited for your needs. In example buffet, catered, or personalized menu complete with detailed instructions and recipes. I will determine the design and layout of your cuisine and set up of a bar if necessary with step by step instruction. Giving you confidence and clarity for your special day.

Painting Services
I am currently offering acrylic paintings. Commission work is available per request. My art is influenced by my ever-changing inspiration. Recently I am focused on abstract metallic art. My designs echo my passion of nature, fashion, the Wild West and the lavish lifestyle of Marie Antoinette to name a few. I primarily limelight acrylic paint. I adore how malleable and forgiving this medium is. My art is an expression of my wild and carefree imagination and I hope you experience it to speak to you.
